The MBHP Member Engagement Center handles both behavioral health provider and Member questions . To expedite your call, behavioral health providers should have their NPI number, the Member’s MassHealth number, and the Member’s name and date-of-birth. If the questions pertain to a claim, please have the claim number and authorization number.
